What is Red light and infered therapy
Red light therapy (RLT) and infrared (IR) therapy are popular non-invasive treatments for pain relief and healing. They use specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and tissues, promoting various biological effects.
How They Work
- Red Light Therapy (RLT) (600–700 nm wavelength): Primarily affects the skin and surface-level tissues. It stimulates cellular energy (ATP production) and reduces inflammation.
